Machine constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel. Equipped with an AISI 304 stainless steel screw conveyor with variable pitch and diameter.
There is a front discharge for the cappings and two side discharges for the honey.
The screw conveyor speed is adjusted via a control panel located on the press structure. Structure mounted on wheels.
The advantages of the press are:
- machine ready to receive the newly removed cap to separate it into wax and honey, recovering 90% of the product in a very short time and avoiding the movement of the cap, thus leaving the work environment clean;
- cold processing;
- simple maintenance and cleaning of the screw thanks to the removable perforated mesh.
