HONEY DEHUMIDIFIER WORKING BY MEANS OF VENTILATED DRY AIR
Dehumidifier with a capacity of 50 kg, suitable for removing water from honey by means of a ventilated dry air blowing system inside the tank, made entirely of 304 stainless steel, structure placed
on swivel wheels. Equipped with full discharge with 1"1/2 stainless steel cut-off tap.
Operation by means of rotating stainless steel discs and 0.7 kW electric heating element that heats the air directed by means of special fans onto the surface of the discs on which the honey is deposited. In this way,
through the hot, dehumidified air, the honey is dried of excess moisture.
The air used for dehumidification is taken from outside and is filtered by special air filters before being introduced into the tank. The air inside the dehumidifier, which contains condensation, is then expelled through slits in the lid,
the width of which can be adjusted. The slits are protected by a stainless steel mesh to prevent impurities from entering the honey.
The internal discs rotate slowly, preventing excess air from entering the honey and at the same time functioning as a simple mixing system.
The machine is equipped with a stainless steel lid with a visual specula to view the product being processed. The opening of the lid is regulated by a safety micron. To operate the machine, the dehumidifier
is equipped with an electric control panel with function keys.
N.B.: The new ventilated dry air dehumidifier is most suitable for beekeepers who have small numbers of colonies and wish to reduce their investment while still having a machine with excellent performance.
